Fees & Payment

At Trilogy Physiotherapy, our consultations are tailored to your individual needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, we match you with the right practitioner and appointment type to ensure you receive the most appropriate care from the outset.

How our pricing works

Fees vary depending on the type of consultation and practitioner selected. Our  real-time practitioner availability are available through our online booking system.

Rebates & Claims

We offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for private health insurance, so you only pay the gap amount at the time of your consultation.

We also support the following schemes:

• Medicare – EPC / CDM referrals (GP Management Plans)
• WorkCover Queensland – workplace-related injuries
• Motor Vehicle Accidents (CTP)
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

For third-party claims, please contact our team prior to your first appointment so we can confirm claim details.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment: Consultations are payable on the day. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and cash.

Cancellation policy: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
